11, Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Mo Jo <br />Woods Addition CB 249, LOAD .Properly ID 17986, located in the 3000 Block of <br />Clarksville. <br />Easton states Monte Moore owns .35 acres located in 3000 block of Clarksville Street, <br />and he is proposing to construct a duplex on the lot. The owner has submitted a <br />preliminary and final plat of the property. City water and sewer are available and access <br />to the property is from Clarksville Street. The property is not located in a FEMA <br />designated flood zone. It appears that both the preliminary and final plats comply with <br />the City of Paris subdivision regulations. <br />A motion to approve the Preliminary Plat was made by Francine Neeley, seconded by <br />Cody Adams. Motion carried 6-0. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1-4, Block A of the Mo Jo Woods <br />Addition CB 249, LOAD Property ID 17986, located in the 3000 Block of Clarksville. <br />Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. <br />A motion to approve the Final Plat was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Austin <br />Anthony. Motion carried 6-0. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Bullard <br />Addition CB 294, LCAD Property ID 18500, located in the 200 Block of 30th NE. <br />Easton states that Brad and Kimberly Bullard are proposing to build a single family <br />home. They have submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property. City water and <br />street access are available to the property from 30th NE. The property is not located in a <br />FEMA designated floodplain, though there appears to be a natural swale crossing the <br />property from north to south. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris <br />subdivision regulations with the following revision: <br />Note the natural channel crossing the property (to remain unobstructed). <br />A motion to approve the Preliminary Plat with noted revisions was made by Clifton <br />Fendley, seconded by Cody Adams. Motion carried 6-0. <br />
