14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Bullard Addition
CB 294, LCAD Property ID 18500, located in the 200 Block of 30th NE.
Easton states this is the same plat with same comments.
A motion to approve the Final Plat with noted revisions was made by Chad Lindsey,
seconded by Cody Adams. Motion carried 6-0.
15. Consideration of and action on the Replat of Lot 8, Block C and Lot 7, Block D of the
Stone Ridge Phase IVAddition, LCAD Property ID 118096 and 118102, located in the
4600 Block of Deer Haven.
Easton states that Lucas & Courtney Krogman own Lot 7, Block D and Kory Lawson &
Shelbi Phiffer own Lot 8, Block C of the Stone Ridge Phase N subdivision. They are
currently being developed with single-family homes. The lots have a common boundary
line where a 15' utility and drainage easement is provided on the final plat, however, due
to terrain and final building plans, the channel is actually 10' south of the original lot
line/drainage easement. This replat aligns the dedicated easement with the actual channel
as constructed. The owners have submitted a replat of the subject lots to reflect the true
location of the easement and lot lines. Water, sewer, and street extensions were provided
with the original subdivision. It appears the replat complies with the subdivision
regulations.
A motion to approve the Replat was made by Cody Adams, seconded by Francine
Neeley. Motion carried 6-0.
16. Adjournment.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
APPROVED THIS 3'd DAY OF AUGUST, 2020
w Chairman
