Appropriateness for the front of the store. It will be a three-phase project. PDA — No meeting this month. The next <br />meeting is scheduled for next week. Glee mentioned that there were 72 people from out of town in her shop during <br />the previous month. <br />6. Coordinator's Report — Cheri Bedford discussed the following. 1) The workplan was updated in 2017 with 3 <br />goals identified. Major sections of the plan were explained to the board. This year, Cheri revised the layout of the <br />plan into a chart format with blue, black and red text showing the progress of each objective at this point in time. <br />The Work Plan and other charts were emailed to board members prior to the meeting and can be studied in depth as <br />time allows. 2) Paris Wine Fest is scheduled for September 191. Because of COVID-19, social distancing is being <br />addressed with these measures: 2 time slots for participants to pick up their swag bags for the event, 10 business <br />locations, music outside and the tables for food and wine in separate locations inside the business. The event usually <br />generates $10-15,000 for Building Improvement Grants (BIG). Tanner will be in charge of the Sign Up Genius app <br />for volunteers. 3) The President's Awards Program, a part of the Texas Downtown Association, has several award <br />categories that can be considered for downtown businesses meeting the specific criteria. <br />7.
