RESOLUTION NO. 90-110 WHEREAS, the Paris Public Library is need control service for the Library facilities, the City and the City Council is agreeable to being provided; of pest of Paris and, WHEREAS, after receiving price quotes from all area pest control providers who were interested, the best price for such pest control service was submitted by Orkin Exterminating Company, Inc. and it should be awarded the bid for such pest control service; and, WHEREAS, necessary for Company, Inc. and, in order to the City of to enter into receive such services it is Paris and Orkin Exterminating an Agreement for said services; WHEREAS, the form of agreement service attached hereto as Exhibit A, the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, for such should be should be pest control approved, and authorized to BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the proposal of Orkin Exterminating Company, Inc., for the pest control service for the Paris Public Library in the amount of $590 is hereby accepted conditioned upon said pest control service meeting all of the terms and conditions included in the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the agreement with Orkin Exterminating Company, Inc. for pest control service for the Paris Public Library in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto.
