<br />Ch, 157 <br /> <br />EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE <br /> <br />25 ~ 157.68. <br /> <br />(17) one dozen lri.ngul.r band.ges; <br />(18) tWO pain of bandage shean; (t.ble shean are not acceptable); <br />(19) scaJed obstetrics kit which has been autoclaved or otherwise suitably steril.. with cigiratio,n date attached. <br />Commercial obstetrics kit is acceptable. A noncommercial kit must be,labeled and include the following: <br />(A) sterile gloves; <br />(B) one disposable sheet; <br />(C) cleansing cloths; <br />(D) umbilical clamps; <br />(E) nylong cord tie-offs; <br />(F) disposable scalpel; <br />(G) bulb aspiralor; <br />(H) four-inch by four-inch gauze sponges; <br />(I) obstetrical pad; <br />(1) receiving blanket; <br />(X) disposable towels; and <br />(L) plastic bag; <br />(20) nonporous infant insulating device; <br />(21) poison kit. The kit must include the following: <br />(A) Syrup of Ipecac; and <br />(B) activated charcoal or charcoal suspension (liquid); <br />(22) one adult and one child sphygmomanometer; <br />(23) stethoscope; <br />(24) Flashlight or penlight; <br />. (25) one multilevel stretcher with two clean sheets, two clean blankets, and two clean pillows with clean cases; <br />(26) two-way radio (citizen's bank radio and walkie-talkies are not acceptable); and <br />(27) f.... extinguisher. at least a one-quart chemical type, <br />(c) Recommended equipment. Advanced Life Support Vehicle Requirements for a Permit. <br /> <br />(a) Staffing requirements.
