Discussion: No pictures of inside. House is secure. Informed owner she will need to contact the City Building Official and pull permits. Bring back to BSC in July. Motion made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Mike Folmar, to table until July 2020 to give owner time to meet with City Building Official. Missing roof covering; hole in front. Porch beginning to lean. Missing and deteriorating wood outside. Would like to retrieve wood and tools inside house. 30-90 days to sell. Discussion: Highly unlikely demo would happen after 30 days, which would give owner time to sell house. If house sells, would not negate order, but new owner could approach City about removing orders if they wish to repair. Motion made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Mike Folmar to accept Robert Talley's recommendation.
