C. Q E. Discussion: Condition of rest of structure seems to be intact. Yard has been maintained, minimally. Concerned if repairs will improve property. Would like more information about condition of this property. Owner has not been responsive recently. Has several properties in town in disrepair. Deterioration along roof, holes. Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or city has right to do so. Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept Robert Talley's recommendation. Permits have been pulled, but nothing has been done. Unsecure. Evidence of fire in attic. Shed in back yard collapsing. Back of house torn off, work started but stopped. Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo both structures within 30 days, or city has right to do so. No active utility services to house. Roof collapsing/falling apart. Back part of house beginning to separate from rest of house. Siding is busting up and structure is leaning. Attached section pulling away. Foundation damage.
