C. <br />Q <br />E. <br />Discussion: <br />Condition of rest of structure seems to be intact. <br />Yard has been maintained, minimally. <br />Concerned if repairs will improve property. <br />Would like more information about condition of this property. <br />Owner has not been responsive recently. Deterioration along roof, holes. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. No active <br />utility services to house. Roof collapsing/falling apart. Back part of house <br />beginning to separate from rest of house. Siding is busting up and structure is <br />leaning. Attached section pulling away. Foundation damage. <br />
