Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0. <br />F. 941 Cedar; Gibbons Park Block 4, Lot 29 <br />Owner: Sandra Smith, 941 Cedar, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated shed in back yard only. No contact with owner. Structure is unsecure. Owner responded and has made arrangements <br />to pay liens. Would like to table until July 2020. Owner could not be here, but <br />wants to repair structure. Has been in contact with City Building Official. <br />Roof is leaking. People have accessed structure and left rubbish. Porch has <br />collapsed, but piers are still in place. Joists still there. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Table until July 2020. <br />Discussion: <br />Would like to see repair orders. <br />Feel house has been in disrepair too long to allow owner more time. <br />Motion made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Mike Folmar, to demo within 30 <br />days, or city has the right to do. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />H. 255 1St SW; City Block 178-A, Lot 1, 2, 4 <br />Owner: We Reit, PO Box 876, Paris TX 75461 <br />Robert Talley stated this is the wall located between Phat Phil's old location and <br />South Main Iron. Received complaint about safety. Asked for structural <br />engineering report from HWH. Real Estate Manager for HWH provided letter <br />from engineer stating is it structurally sound. HWH already has plans to take <br />down the top layer to get it down to 3 bricks. Has not been presented to HPC. <br />
