M <br />W14"I ER I'VMHNI <br />GENEVA AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS I CITY OF ELMHURST, IL <br />Benesch prepared the stormwater improvement plans for the construction of a new <br />detention basin, and was charged with delivering the project during the same construction <br />ENERGY EFFICIENCY CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANT I CITY OF PONTIAC, MI <br />010MM, ff <br />10161111 W411.111 oil <br />city and provided detail information and pictures into the City's Geographic Information <br />System (GIS) and updated the water distribution network maps. <br />114 <br />The project required the waterline to cross a tributary stream to the Wabash Creek, <br />which required a Stream Encroachment permit. The project also required a bore and jack <br />trenchless crossing as part of the Highway Occupancy Permit from PennDOT. The scope <br />#f <br />Highway Occupancy Permit from PennDOTand construction administration. <br />CITY-WIDE SEWER TASK ORDERS I CITY OF CAICAGO, IL <br />Benesch provided design and construction engineering services for the CDWM to repair <br />various sewer projects throughout the City. With the congestion of buried utilities in many <br />areas, coordination with other buried utilities was a major component. Task orders included <br />installation of 5,200 feet of sewer pipe, lining approximately 50-60 miles of sewer mains <br />and catch basin outlets. As well as the linig of 2 000-3 000 sewer structures. Spot repairs <br />SEWER REHABILITATION IMPROVEMENTS I CITY OF BALTIMORE, MA <br />For this sewer rehabilitation project Benesch was responsible for construction observation <br />and inspection. Benesch provided photo documentation of manhole rehab (new/resetting <br />existing frame and covers, new adjustment rings, external and internal seals, bench/invert <br />repairs, MH cleaning, MH cementitious lining, sewer inspections and sewer point repair) <br />done by contractors in the field. Daily reports included descriptions of locations where work <br />was completed, issues encountered, equipment and amount of labor. <br />PROGRESS PARKWAY I VILLAGE OF SCHAUMBURG, IL <br />Benesch provided construction engineerinci services for the construction of the new <br />Progress Parkway. This included storm sewer, water main, street lighting, sidewalk and a <br />for reviewing contract documents, tracking the contractor's progress, documentation of <br />contract quantities and preparation of as -built drawings. <br />OMAHA RESURFACING PROGRAMS I CITY OF OMAHA, NE <br />Benesch provided construction enyineerinZ,_LQnsultation roiect manaoement constructior <br />administration and observation, materials testing and public information and outreach <br />services for the City of Omaha's Annual Resurfacing Program. The work performed includes <br />milling and removals, asphalt leveling and surfacing, and utility adjustments on arterial, <br />collector and residential streets throughout the City.
