Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Mon and Jen <br />Addition, LCAD Property ID 50079, located in the 4100 Block ofNMain. <br />Grayson Path states that Jennifer Bradshaw and Monica Wilkins own 1 acre located in <br />the 4100 Block of N Main. The property is currently zoned Agricultural. The owners are <br />proposing to construct a single family home. Lamar County water is available to the site <br />along US 271 N. Sewer is not available. It appears the preliminary and final plats comply <br />with the City of Paris regulations. Staff recommends approval. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item by Sims Norment, seconded by Michael <br />Mosher. Motion carried 4-0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Mo and Jen <br />Addition, LCAD Property ID 50079, located in the 4100 Block of N Main. <br />Grayson Path states this is the same plat and recommends approval. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item by Sims Norment, seconded by Michael <br />Mosher. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Scott <br />Addition CB 101, LCAD Property ID 15544, located at 940 W Campbell. <br />Grayson Path states that Joel Scott owns 0.544 acres located at 940 W Campbell Street. <br />The property has been zoned Single -Family No. 2. The owner is proposing to build a <br />single-family home. City water and sewer are available to the site. Staff recommends <br />approval. <br />
