Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Scott Addition CB <br />101, LCAD Property ID 15544, located at 940 W Campbell. <br />Grayson Path states this is the same plat and recommends approval. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item by Michael Mosher, seconded by Francine <br />Neeley. Motion carried 4-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Rent One <br />LLC Addition CB 158, LCAD Property ID 16571, located in the 800 Block of S Main <br />Street. <br />Grayson Path states that Rent One LLC owns 1.320 acres located in the 800 Block of S <br />Main. The property is zoned Multiple -Family No. 1. The owner is proposing to construct <br />an apartment complex. The plat shows that the sewer line extends south pass the lot <br />however, our records show that the sewer line splits where development is planned. In the <br />event that the sewer is not available an extension to the sewer line will need to be made. <br />Staff recommends approval with the noted revision. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item with noted revision by Michael Mosher, <br />seconded by Chad Lindsey. Motion carried 4-0. <br />10.
