Dux seconded the motion, motion carried 6-1, and Commissioner Hider dissented. <br />b. 708 SE 6a` St SE, Commissioner Vandiver made a motion to pull this property from the <br />buildings and standards list. Commissioner Caffey will research the property to see if the <br />owners are interested in selling. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Dux. Motion <br />carried 7-0 <br />6. Coordinators Report: <br />a. Cheri Bedford reviewed the Phase 1 updated resource survey given to us by Mc Doux <br />Preservation, Minor certificates of appropriateness approved in house, and the submitted <br />CLG Grant Application request. <br />7. Commissioner Caffey was nominated as vice chairman. <br />8.
