<br />SECTION 9. CITY/PHA INTERACTION <br /> <br />The City of Paris, through the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development or his designee, will initiate regular interac.tloo with the <br />Executive Director of the Paris Public.Housing Authority or her designee <br />regarding activities of the TRRP program; This will be done on a <br />quarterly basis at minimum. Both the City and PHA will take advantage of <br />training relevant to the TRRP. The PHA will have an opportunity to <br />review and assist the City in the development of the Program Design, <br />marketing strategy and the on-going ~dministrative procedures of the <br />rental rehabilitation program. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. INSPECTION <br /> <br />As stated in the City's Program Design, pre and post construction <br />inspections will be made through the City's inspection department. Pre <br />construction inspections will be used to develop a list of code <br />violations. Post construction inspections will be performed in keeping <br />with permit requirements. All work will meet the requirements of the <br />Paris, Texas Housing Code and the Housing Quality Standards. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. TENANT INFORMATION <br /> <br />In the event a recently completed unit is occupied by a tenant family <br />assisted by the PHA, tenant information will be provided to the City by <br />the PHA within 90 days of lease-up. <br /> <br />SECTION 12. REFERRAL POLICY <br /> <br />To the extent allowable under 24 CFR 882, the PHA will provide a list of <br />available TRRP units to eligible families looking for housing.
