<br />Pro Rata Water Extension Highway 271 North <br /> <br />Descriptions <br /> <br />COY JOHNSON - Lot 6, City Block 307 (Parcell) <br /> <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey and <br />being a part of Lot 6, City Block 307 which was described in deed <br />from Estelle Council to Coy Johnson dated january 28, 1980, <br />recorded in book 622, page 295, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas <br />and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary Line of U.S. <br />Highway 27l at the present southeast corner of said Council <br />tract, said point for corner also being the Northeast corner <br />of an 18.73 acre tract of land conveyed R. B. Stoval <br />conveyed by Deed recorded in Book 352, Page 259, of the Deed <br />Records of said County: <br />THENCE N 040 00' W along the West Boundary Line of U,S. <br />Highway 271, a distance of 362 feet to a point; <br />THENCE West a distance of IS feet to a point; <br />THENCE S 040 00' E a distance of 362 feet to a point; <br />THENCE East a distance of 15 feet to the point of <br />beginning containing 0.l2 acres more or less. <br /> <br />BILLY OAKLEY - Lot 7, City Block 307 (Parcel 2) <br /> <br />Situated within <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />being a part of Lot <br />dated April 13, 1984, <br />Lamar County, Texas, <br />follows: <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />A part of the Reddin Russell Survey 1786, <br />7, Block 307, which was described in Deed <br />recorded in Book 670, Page 8, Deed Records, <br />and being more particularly described as <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point at the Northeast corner of a 5.56 <br />acre tract of land conveyed Coy Johnson by Deed recorded in <br />Book 622, Page 295 of the Deed Records of said county and <br />state; <br />THENCE N 030 45' W along the West Boundary Line of U.S. <br />Highway 271 a distance of 150 feet to a point; <br />THENCE West a distance of IS feet to a point; <br />THENCE S 030 45' E a distance of 150 feet to a point; <br />THENCE East a distance of 15 feet to the point of <br />beginning containing .05 acres more or less. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
