<br />COUNCIL ESTATE - Lot 8, City Block 307 (Parcel 3). . <br /> <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, <br />being a part of Lot 8, City Block 307 and being a part of a 14.26 <br />acre tract of land willed to Estelle Council, and being described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point for corner in the West Boundary <br />Line of U.S. 271 at the most easterly southeast corner of a <br />2.54 acre tract of land conveyed Texas Power and Light by <br />Deed recorded in Book 445, Page 420 of the Deed Records of <br />said county and state; <br />THENCE S 890 48' W a distance of IS feet to a point; <br />THENCE with a curve to the left Isl.O feet to a point; <br />THENCE S 030 45' E a distance of 187.8 feet to a point; <br />THENCE East a distance of IS feet to a point; <br />THENCE N 30 45' W a distance of l87.8 feet to a point; <br />THENCE with the West Boundary Line of U.S. Highway 271 <br />in a curve to the right a distance of ISO. 4 feet to the <br />point of beginning containing O.ll acres more or less. <br /> <br />T.U.
