Convene into Open Session - <br />• Dr. Marc White called the meeting to order in open session at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Approval of Minutes from PRIOR meeting(s) - <br />Nancy Stallings made the motion to approve the minutes from the July 20th, 2020 <br />meeting and were seconded by Dr. Walker Putnam for approval. <br />Motion carried. 6 yay, 0 nay. <br />3. Discuss and possible act on — <br />Dr. Putnam presented his Public Information Act and Open Meetings Act Certificates. <br />Dr. Jay Carpenter made the motion and was seconded by Nancy Stallings for Dr. Marc <br />White to be elected as Chairman.
