<br />STATEMENT OF OPPOSITION <br /> <br />\-::- <br /> <br />There has been no opposition received by the City of Paris in regard to <br />the proposed plan described herein. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE ORDER 12372 PROCEDURE STATEMENT <br /> <br />The procedures outlined in Executive Order 12372 have been followed. The <br />correspondence requesting review by interested agencies is attached. No com- <br />ments have. been received to date. <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF RELOCATION <br />AND <br />DISPLACEMENT OF PERSONS <br /> <br />The proposed Airport Master Plan as outlined in the Application for <br />Federal Assistance (GSA Standarfr.Fprm 424) will not involve the relocation of <br />any persons, residences;'.b~~inesses o.r structures. <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF. <br />PUBLIC HEARING COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />The requirements for advertising <br />lined in Part 152.73 of the Federal <br />detailed Environmental Assessment and <br />of the Paris Airport Master Plan. <br /> <br />and conducting a public hearing a.s out- <br />Aviation Regulations were reviewed. A <br />Public Hearing will be performed as part <br /> <br />FBO CONSULTATION <br /> <br />The City of Paris has decided to develop an Airport Master Plan to guide <br />in future development of airport faciiities. In making the decision to under- <br />take this project, the City has consulted with all the appropriate Fixed Base <br />Operators with offices or facilities on the existing airport as required by <br />Section 8(b) of the Airport and Airways Improvement Act of 1982, as amended. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION OF LOCAL FUNDS <br /> <br />It is the City's desire to prepare an <br />the applicationr and the City does have <br />general fund to support the local cost. <br /> <br />Airport Master Plan as described in <br />adequate funds available from the <br /> <br />Eri.cS".
