Bell and wife, Martha Jane Bell, and filed for record in Volume <br />422, Page 363 of said Deed Records, and part of a 6.52 acre tract of land <br />described in deed to L. B. Bell and wife, Martha Jane Bell, and filed for record <br />in Volume 284, Page 407, of said deed records, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNNING at a point, same being the Northeast corner of said 8ell 5.5 acre <br />tract; <br /> <br />THENCE South, with the East Boundary Line of said 5.5 acre tract, at a distance <br />of 204.2 feet, the Southeast corner of said 5.5 acre tract, same being the <br />Northeast corner of said 7.5 acre tract, continuing South with the East Boundary <br />Line of said 7.5 acre tract, a total distance of 404.2, the Southeast corner of <br />said 7.5 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE West, with the South Boundary Line of said 7.5 acre tract, a distance of <br />980 feet, the Northeast corner of said 6.52 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE South, 65 degrees West, a distance of 581.7 feet, a point in the South <br />Boundary Line of said 6.52 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE West, with the South Boundary Line of said 6.52 acre tract, a distance of <br />627.6 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of said 6.52 acre tract, same being <br />in the East Boundary Line of a public road; <br /> <br />THENCE North, with the West Boundary Line of said 6.52 acre tract, a distance of <br />20 feet, a point; <br />
