Cox and <br />filed for record in Volume 543, Page 480 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, <br />Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point for corner, the Northwest corner of a 2.85 acre tract of <br />land, the second tract, said point being in the East Boundary Line of a 141.297 <br />acre tract, the first tract, said point also being in the South Boundary Line of <br />said Watson survey; <br /> <br />THENCE West, with the South Boundary Line of said Watson survey, at 1578.7 feet <br />passing the Southeast corner of the Chisum survey and the Southwest corner of <br />the John Watson survey, continuing in all a total of 1818.7 feet to the South- <br />west corner of said 141.297 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE North 2 degrees 11 minutes East, with the West Boundary Line of said <br />141.297 acre tract, a distance of 20.01 feet, a point; <br /> <br />THENCE East a distance of 1817.94 feet to a point in the East Boundary Line of <br />said 141.297 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE South a distance of 20 feet to the place of beginning and containing <br />0.8347 acres of land, more or less. <br />
