<br />OIGGS <br />WATER LINE <br /> <br />A 20 foot strip of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part'~f the T. G. <br />Chisum survey and a part of the B. F. Bourland survey, being a part of two <br />tracts of land described in deed to Gordon E. Oiggs and filed for record in <br />Volume 518, Page 347, Lamar County Deed Records, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most Southern Southeast corner of a 26.2 acre tract, the first <br />tract, said point being in the South Boundary Line of said Chisum survey; <br /> <br />THENCE West, with the South Boundary Line of said 26.2 acre tract, a distance of <br />324.5 feet, a fence corner post, same being the Northeast corner of a 4 acre <br />tract of land, the second tract, same being in the North Boundary Line af the B. <br />F. Bourland survey; <br /> <br />THENCE South, with the East Boundary Line of said 4 acre tract, a distance of <br />340 feet, the Southeast corner of said 4 acre tract, said point being in the <br />North Boundary Line of F. M. Hwy. No. 79; <br /> <br />THENCE North 79 degrees West, with the North Boundary Line of said F.M. 79, a <br />distance of 20.4 feet, a point; <br /> <br />THENCE North, at 336.1 feet crossing the South Boundary Line of said first <br />tract, continuing in all a total of 356.1 feet; <br /> <br />THENCE East a distance of 344.5 feet to a point in the East Boundary Line of <br />said first tract; <br /> <br />THENCE South, with the East Boundary Line of said first tract, a distance of 20 <br />feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.3135 acres of land, more or <br />less. <br />
