Most of the windows are <br />boarded and the front door is unsecure. South side of roof is collapsing, sagging, <br />and starting to buckle. The west side roof has a hole and the covering is peeling <br />off. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, repair or demolish <br />within 90 days, or city has right to do so. Secure within 10 days. <br />Discussion: <br />The roof did not have holes 6 months ago. Inside is solid. Mr. Clark wants to put a <br />roof on it himself. <br />Motion made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Kim Walker, to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />B. 720 2"d NE; City Block 73-A, Lot 10-A & 10-B <br />Owner: Ellis Norl, c/o Debra Ellis, 1750 Westview PI #A, Arlington TX 76013 <br />Robert Talley stated that he spoke to the owner's daughter and she agrees that the <br />property needs to be demolished. The South side of the property is completely <br />burned. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Discussion: None <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Ken Kohls, to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />C. 636 211 NE; City Block 73, Lot 16 <br />Owner: Foster Stone, c/o Glenn Stone, 501 Marita Rd, Greenville TX 75402 <br />Robert Talley stated that Foster Stone passed away, his son Glenn is present. <br />The roof is collapsing on the North side of the house. There is foundation <br />damage and the siding is buckling under. The South side of the roof has missing <br />and deteriorated wood. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, and start repair within <br />30 days. If not, bring back to BSC. <br />Discussion: Mr. Stone started cleaning the property out about three weeks ago to <br />sell it. The buyer plans to demolish it himself. Mr. Stone thinks it is salvageable. <br />
