The above-mentioned law enforcement agencies <br />do and will provide direct assistance and back-up as well as will agencies in Hopkins, <br />Titus and Franklin Counties should we contract with them. <br /> <br />Geographic Location: <br /> <br />Lamar and Red River Counties in northeast Texas, at present, with probable expansion <br />into Hopkins, Titus and Franklin Counties.
