<br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />AND <br />CITY OF PARIS, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE <br /> <br />This Agreement is executed on the <br /> <br />1987, between PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the Health Occupations Department, and CITY OF <br /> <br />PARIS, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE, hereinafter sometimes <br /> <br />referred to as E.M.S. in the agreement, WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is agreed by the parties of the mutual <br /> <br />interest and advantage that said students be given the <br /> <br />opportunity to utilize the E.M.S. as a practice laboratory <br /> <br />for educational purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; for and in consideration of the fore- <br /> <br />going and in further consideration of the mutual benefits, <br /> <br />the parties to this agreement agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The E.M.S. will permit said students to observe <br />departmental routine and procedures under the <br />direct supervision of a licensed or designated <br />employee of E.M.S. Individual faculty members <br />will serve as liaison person between the FACILITY <br />and said students. <br /> <br />day of March, <br /> <br />2. The DISTRICT and Faculty Members shall assume <br />responsibility for seeing that all students and <br />faculty members respect the confidential nature of <br />all information which may come to them with <br />respect to patient and hospital records. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />fXH,srr A <br />
