The Future <br />Land Use Plan calls for Low Density Residential. There are existing medium density uses <br />south of the property on Sycamore Street. Surrounding uses include Single -Family, <br />Commercial, and Light Industrial. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />With no one speaking, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item by Tylesha Ross, seconded by Sims Norment. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 & 2, Block A of the Homer - <br />Nash Addition, LCAD Property 17390 and 17391, located at 1845-1849 Lamar Ave and <br />105-115 NE 19th Street. <br />Grayson Path states that Gary Nash owns this 0.87 acres with two lots to be platted. The <br />owner is proposing to construct a cellular tower on the north lot. The owner has <br />submitted both a preliminary and final plat of the property. Both water and sewer are <br />available to the area. Staff recommends approval of the plats with the following noted <br />revisions: <br />1. 25' R.O.W dedication along 19th Street <br />2. Show existing trees over 19" in diameter <br />3. Show roadway width for Lamar Ave <br />A Motion was made to approve this item with noted revisions by Chad Lindsey, <br />seconded by Sims Norment.
