A replat of <br />the property has been submitted to more accurately align the dedication of the drainage <br />easement. Water and sewer is available. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Welch <br />Addition CB 69A, LCAD Property 14645, 14646 and 14647, located at 530 NE 10th <br />Street. <br />Grayson Path states that James Welch owns 0.616 acres for two properties. He has <br />submitted a preliminary and final plat, which are items 6 and 7 so we will look at the <br />preliminary plat first. Everything appears to be in order. Water and sewer are available. <br />Staff is recommending approval with the following noted revisions: <br />1. The plat shows a 2" water line on the west side of 101" St and a 6" sewer line <br />on the east. Our map shows a 6" water line on the east and a 6" sewer on the <br />west. 9.A.IV (7) <br />2.
