A Motion was made to approve this item with noted revisions by Michael Mosher, <br />seconded by Francine Neeley. Motion carried 4-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, BlockA of the Welch Addition CB <br />69A, LOAD Property 14645, 14646 and 14647, located at 530 NE 10th Street. <br />Grayson Path states this is the same plat and comments. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item with noted revisions by Sims Norment, <br />seconded by Michael Mosher. Motion carried 4-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block of the <br />Norment 147 Addition, LCAD Property 16399, located at 606 S Church Street. <br />With Sims Norment recusing himself, this item has been tabled to the next P&Z meeting <br />due to a lack of a quorum. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the Norment <br />147 Addition, LCAD Property 16399, located at 606 S Church Street. <br />This item was tabled due to a lack of a quorum. <br />Norment is no longer recused going on to item 10. <br />10. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block ofthe Pshigoda <br />Collegiate Addition, PT of LCAD Property 109655, located in the 2100 Block of <br />Collegiate Dr. <br />Grayson Path states the Pshigoda Foundation and Wayne Brown own a little over 10 <br />acres and they have submitted a preliminary plat of the property where they intend to <br />build a single -story apartment complex. Staff recommends approval with the following <br />noted revisions: <br />1. Change the fire hydrant spacing to match one per 500'. <br />2.
