With no one speaking, Mayor Portugal closed the public <br />hearing. <br />Following additional discussion, a Motion to approve this item was made by Council <br />Member Savage and seconded by Council Member Pankaj. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />20. Discuss, conduct a public hearing and act on ORDINANCE NO. 2021-014: AN <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, <br />AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1315, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, TO REPEAL SECTION 12- <br />100(33) RELATING TO MOBILE HOMES; PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE; <br />PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY CLAUSE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Planning Director Andrew Mack explained the requested amendment was so that the City <br />Code would remain consistent. <br />Mayor Portugal opened the public hearing and asked for anyone wishing to speak about <br />this item, to please come forward. With no one speaking, Mayor Portugal closed the public <br />hearing. <br />Mayor Portugal inquired if this would limit the location of mobile homes and Mr. Mack <br />answered in the affirmative. <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Mayor Pro -Tem Hughes and seconded by <br />Council Member Pankaj. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />21. Discuss and act on RESOLUTION NO. 2021-015: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, FINDING THAT ONCOR ELECTRIC <br />DELIVERY COMPANY LLC'S APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO AMEND ITS <br />DISTRIBUTION COST RECOVERY FACTOR TO INCREASE DISTRIBUTION <br />RATES WITHIN THE CITY SHOULD BE DENIED; AUTHORIZING <br />PARTICIPATION WITH OCSC; AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF LEGAL <br />COUNSEL AND CONSULTING SERVICES; FINDING THAT THE CITY'S <br />REASONABLE RATE CASE EXPENSES SHALL BE REIMBURSED BY THE <br />COMPANY; FINDING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION IS <br />PASSED IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRING NOTICE OF THIS <br />
