Motion made by Ken KohIs, seconded by Pat Conrad, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />D. 818 W Sherman; City Block 131, Lot 21 <br />Owner: Bonnie Kay Sanders <br />Robert Talley stated that he had talked to the owner on property and told them <br />when the meeting was being held. Stated that this item was for junk and rubbish. <br />Listed all the various items that were junk and rubbish. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, remove junk and rubbish <br />within 30 days, or city has right to do so. <br />Discussion® Discussed moving rubbish from burnt house located at 933 W <br />Sherman. <br />Motion made by Reeves Hayter, seconded by Ken KohIs to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />E. 828 W Houston; City Block 131, Lot E PT of 23 <br />Owner: Jeff Dunken <br />Robert Talley stated that he had talked to the owner on property and told them <br />when the meeting was being held. Stated that the house was a total burnout. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Discussion: None. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Carlton Cooper to accept Rober) <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />
