<br />PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of <br />the George W. Cox Survey, and being a part of Lot 2, <br />City Block 352, which was described in deed from Mamie <br />M. Fenet to Paris Junior College Memorial Foundation, <br />recorded in Vol. 283, Page 525, Deed Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas, and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the SBL of the <br />Texas & Pacific Railroad right-of-way and the EBL of <br />24th Street, S. E., same being the NW corner of said <br />tract granted PJC; <br />THENCE S 830 E, with the SBL of said Texas & <br />Pacific Railroad a distance of 20.14 feet, a point; <br />THENCE South a distance of 30.2 feet, a point in <br />the NBL of a tract granted the United States of America <br />by deed recorded in Vol. 372, Page 230; <br />THENCE N 830 W a distance of 20.14 feet, a point <br />in the EBL of said 24th Street S.E.; <br />THENCE North, with the EBL of 24th Street S.E., a <br />distance of 30.2 feet to the point of beginning and <br />containing 0.014 acres of land, more or less. <br /> <br />The intent of this easement is to convey a 20 foot <br />wide strip along the East side of 24th Street S.E. <br />right-of-way from the South boundary line of the <br />railroad right-of-way South to the North boundary line <br />of Lot 1, City Block 352, for utility placement and <br />maintenance purposes. <br />
