PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION AND PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT Situated within the corporate limits of the city of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of Lot 1 and 2, City Block 351, and a part of Lot 2 of City Block 352, which was described in deed from Mamie M. Fenet to Paris Junior College Memorial Foundation, recorded Book 283, Page 525, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and a part of Lot 2, City Block 351, which was described in deed from E. F. Ingram and lone Ingram to Paris Junior College District and recorded in Vol. 350, Page 373, Lamar County Deed Records, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the South edge of a 100 foot railroad right-of-way, said point also being on the East right- of-way line of 24th Street Southeast, said point being 503.75 feet South of the centerline of said railroad; THENCE South 00 43' East a distance of 311.3 feet along said East right-of-way line of 24th Street Southeast to a point; THENCE South 00 26' West a distance of 557.15 feet along said street right-of-way to a point; THENCE South 00 14' East along said same street right-of-way a distance of 1120. 6 feet to a concrete marker for a corner; THENCE South 740 44' East along the North right- of-way line of Jefferson Road, also known as FM 1507, a distance of 20.75 feet to a point for a corner; THENCE North 00 14' West a distance of 1126. 03 feet to a point; THENCE North 00 26' East a distance of 557.23 feet to a point; THENCE North 00 43' West a distance of 309.14 feet to a point for a corner in the South right-of-way line of said railroad; THENCE North 840 West along the SBL of a tract deeded to U.S.A. a distance of 20.14 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.913 acres of land, more or less. The intent of this easement is to convey a 20 foot wide strip of land along the East side of the 24th Street South- east right-of-way from the SBL of Lot 1, Block 352, a tract granted to the U.S.A., South to the North right-of-way of FM 1507 for utility placement and maintenance purposes.
