Bray and wife, Ida Bray to Paris Junior College District, recorded Book 250, Page 140, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the North edge of a 100 foot railroad right-of-way, said point also being on the East right- of-way line of 24th Street Southeast, said point being 50 feet North of the centerline of said railroad; THENCE North 00 43' West a distance of 750.80 feet along said East side of 24th S.E.
