pleased with this and in agreement that it would be a great addition to our airport and helps provide
good planning for future expansion at the airport for more hangars. We have approached Hayter
Engineering to complete this process that they have already started for us under our City Engineer
role to design and prepare for bidding. We will not bid it at this time, but rather have the design
ready to go for when that day comes.
BUDGET:
Total cost to perform topographic surveying and design engineering is $15,820.00. The City has
spoken with TxDOT-Aviation and we can use our 50/50 RAMP Funding to help pay for this, so
the City's share of this expense will ultimately be $7,910.00.
OPTIONS:
1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Hayter Engineering for Taxiway
Design in the amount of $15,820.00 and authorize the City Manager to sign.
2. Request edits to the agreement and/or scope of service for this project.
3. Reject the agreement and/or project.
RECOMMENDATION:
1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Hayter Engineering for Taxiway
Design in the amount of $15,820.00 and authorize the City Manager to sign.
