• Local funding will be utilized. • City of Paris front-end documents will be used. • Technical specifications will be prepared, o An internal QA/QC will be prepared. o Review meeting with City, including addressing review comments. o Prepare final design opinion of probable construction cost for civil work. o Deliverables: Electronic copy of plans (dwg and pdf). Our proposed fee for the services is as listed below. Note that the time and expense items have an associated estimated fee based on the tasks listed above. Topographic Surveying $2,010 (time and expense) Design Engineering $13,8 10 (lump sum) Total $15,820 Any services that are not specifically listed in the above section but requested in writing will be billed at an hourly rate as shown in Exhibit A. Services/Items that are NOT included: • Bid & Award services; • Construction review services; • TxDOT Review and Coordination; • Record drawings; • Warranty review; • Additional meetings or site visits other than those listed above; • Public outreach such as meetings with concerned citizens; • Newspaper publishing fees; • Material testing services; • Archeological services; and • Environmental services. We can begin the services no later than 2 weeks of receipt of the signed Agreement for Professional Services. The design engineering can be completed and submitted within 3 months of receipt of a signed agreement. Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal.
