Public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />A motion was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the zoning <br />change. Motion carried 5-0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Lamar Crossing Addition CB <br />315, Lots 1-3, Block A, LCAD Property ID 50988, located in the 4000 Block of Lamar. <br />Mack states that the shopping center owner is working with Scooter's Coffee to locate a <br />new pad site for a drive-thru building near the easterly driveway from Lamar Avenue in <br />front of where the Ashley Furniture Home Store was located. A separate variance for a <br />parking reduction is being reviewed by the Board of Adjustment on Tuesday October 5th. <br />The plat is required for construction of the new drive-thru business because the land was <br />never platted with construction of the two shopping strip centers on the property. Staff <br />recommends approval with the following noted condition: <br />Atmos Energy has identified more gas lines than are drawn on the plat. <br />A motion was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Austin Anthony to approve the preliminary <br />plat with noted condition. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Lamar Crossing Addition CB 315, <br />Lots 1-3, Block A, LCAD Property ID 50988, located in the 4000 Block of Lamar. <br />Mack states this is combined with agenda item 6 with separate action. Staff recommends <br />approval without condition on the final plat. <br />A motion was made by Michael Mosher, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the final plat. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Fairview Addition, Lot 1, Block 14, <br />located in the 1500 Block of NE 1st Street. <br />
