I/ <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare both structures a nuisance, demo <br />within 30 days, and city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Richard Thompson, seconded by Pat Conrad, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />D. 835 NE 12th; Belmont Addition, Block 10, Lot Ctr 62' 10 & 11 <br />Owner: HK Reo LLC 7200 N Mopac Expy Ste 120 Austin, TX 78731 <br />Robert has talked to the owner. <br />Robert Talley stated this was a sheriff's deed and it's unsecure with broken <br />windows, the house is sinking, the house has holes in the roof, the structure is <br />leaning, trees and vines are growing into the structure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Ken Kohls, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />E. 1255 SE 14th; Gibbons -Braden Addition, Block 8, Lot 18 <br />Owner: Viola M McFadden 125414th SE Apt 146 Paris, TX 75460 <br />No contract with owner. <br />Robert Talley stated the owner to this property shows to live across the street and <br />that's a vacant lot. The neighbor said the owner was deceased. The structure is <br />unsecure with doors open, windows are broken, this is a single wide trailer house, <br />the floor is soft, lots of full trash bags and junk and rubbish. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Richard Thompson, seconded by Kim Walker, to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />4. Adjournment <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Ken Kohls to adjourn the meeting at 3:36 <br />pm.
