QUIT CLAIM DEED STATE OF TEXAS ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LAMAR ~ THAT the City of Paris, a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, Billy Joe Burnett, duly authorized, of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; for an in consid- eration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS cash and other good and valuable consideration, to me in hand paid by David W. Glass, and Centerpoint, Ltd., of the County of Lamar and State of Texas, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has quit claimed, and by these presents do quitclaim, unto the said David W. Glass and Centerpoint, Ltd., all our right, title, interest, claim and demand in and to a certain lot or parcel of land situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, described as follows: A part of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being part of a 9.73 acre tract of land as described in deed to Jesse Wintermute and recorded in Volume 685, Page 220, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being part of a SO foot easement as shown on a plat filed for record in Envelope 279-A of the Plat Records of said County and State, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point for corner, said point being N 0017'E a distance of 20 feet from an iron pin found in the North Boundary Line of Block A of the Morningside Addition to the City of Paris, same being the Southwest corner of Lot 2-C, City Block 313, as shown on a final plat of part of said block as filed for record in Envelope 280-C, of the Plat Records of said County and State; THENCE S 89036' E a distance of 30 feet, a point; THENCE N 0017' E a distance of 883.6 feet, a point; THENCE West a distance of 30 feet, an iron pin found for corner in the West Boundary Line of said 9.73 acre tract of lRnrl Q~mQ hQ<~_ ~~_
