15. <br />16. <br />17. <br />Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Cruz Addition CB 316, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD Property ID 18743, located at 950 NE 31' Street. <br />Mack states the applicant requested plat approval for the construction of a large addition <br />onto the rear of an existing single family residence located at 950 NE 31st Street. The <br />subject property is zoned SF -2. The applicant intends to construct a large addition onto the <br />rear of the house on this property which contains approximately 34,700 s.f. Minimum lot <br />dimension requirements for the plat are met and all setbacks for the proposed addition are <br />met. All submission requirements for the preliminary and final plats have been met except <br />for a minor detail identified in the engineering report that can be addressed following <br />approval of both plats. Staff recommends approval of both the Preliminary and Final Plat, <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. All existing conditions upon the property shall be shown upon the <br />preliminary plat, including power poles, utility service boxes, fences, etc. <br />A motion was made by Francine Neeley, seconded by Clifton Fendley to approve the <br />preliminary plat with noted conditions. Motion carried 5-0. <br />Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Cruz Addition CB 316, Lot 1, Block <br />A, LCAD Property ID 18743, located at 950 NE 31' Street. <br />Mack states this is the same plat and staff recommends approval of the final plat. <br />A motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the final plat with <br />noted conditions. Motion carried 5-0. <br />Request items for future agendas. <br />No request at this time. <br />18.
