Chairman Lindsey was called away to the Charter Review meeting at 5:43p.m. Vice -Chair <br />Fendley presided over the remainder of the meeting. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Pshigoda Hearon Addition CB 112F, <br />Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property 15829, located at 1608 E Hearon Street. <br />Mack states staff recommends approval of the final plat with those noted conditions. <br />A motion was made by Michael Mosher, seconded by Tylesha Ross -Mosley to approve the final <br />plat with noted conditions. Motion carried 5-0. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Pshigoda Austin Addition CB <br />115, Lot 1, BlockA, LCAD Property 15896, located at 728 EAustin Street. <br />Mack states this applicant requested plat approval for the construction of a new duplex at <br />728 East Austin Street. The subject property is zoned MF -1. The applicant intends to build <br />a duplex on the site which contains approximately 11,580 s.f. Minimum lot dimension <br />requirements for the platare met and all setbacks can be met. All submission requirements <br />for the preliminary and final plats have been met except for a few minor details identified <br />in the engineering report that can be addressed following approval of both plats. Staff <br />recommends approval of both the Preliminary and Final Plat, with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. 7th and 8th Streets SE shall be shown upon both the preliminary and final <br />plats. <br />2. All existing conditions upon the property shall be shown upon the <br />preliminary plat, including power poles, utility service boxes, fences, etc. <br />A motion was made by Francine Neeley, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the <br />preliminary plat with noted conditions. Motion carried 5-0. <br />14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Pshigoda Austin Addition CB 115, <br />Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property 15896, located at 728 E Austin Street. <br />Mack states this is the same plat and comments. Staff recommends approval with noted <br />conditions. <br />A motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the final plat <br />with noted conditions.
