D. 47 SE 12�h <br />E. 333 Bonham <br />F. 115 Clarksville <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Caffey that the properties listed for demolition did <br />not fit the criteria to be nominated as a local landmark, Recorded Texas Landmark or <br />listed on the National Register of Historic Places, with the exception of the property <br />listed at 115 Clarksville submitted by Code officials for repair. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Emmite. Motion carried. <br />Ms. Bedford gave the following review: <br />Mr David Cook was awarded a fagade grant in December 2021 in the amount of $2156.50 <br />All Certificates of Appropriateness and grant requests for 333 Bonham will be voided until <br />the property owner comes up with a new plan. <br />Certificates of Appropriateness report, November& December 2021 included three <br />properties. <br />Ms Bedford gave an overview of the Pine Bluff/Fitzhugh Historic Resource Re -survey with <br />the Commission and next steps recommended. It was determined that recommendations of <br />the consultants be reviewed as a road map for designation of that are as a local landmark, <br />providing the same incentives as the other landmarks such as tax abatements, fagade grants, <br />and review. Commissioner Caffey will produce a flyer for the property owners to inform <br />them of the survey and its results and will present it to the Commission in the March <br />meeting. The City will print address labels and send the flyer to those once it is complete. <br />More next steps discussed was public meeting and public education for the property owners <br />once they receive the flyers. <br />Ms. Bedford she will be out on medical leave, and informed the commission that unless there <br />was some pressing issue, there would not be having a February regularly scheduled meeting. <br />A motion was made to adjourn at 5:15 by Commissioner Holtman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Coyle, Motion Carried. <br />Signed the day of n4k� 20-2-2 <br />/� "!P 117 / <br />
