adding a Section 15-103 providing for building permit approvals on legal <br />nonconforming lots of record. <br />22-100 General Definitions adding the term "Legal non -conforming lot of record" <br />Mack states that the Board of Adjustment has sent this recommendation to the <br />Commission to re-examine this section of the ordinance. This is so that numerous smaller <br />original lots in the core area of the City which in many cases are slightly smaller than the <br />current standard may be processed administratively and thereby eliminate needless delays for <br />building permits. <br />The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking the hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Francine Neeley, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the <br />amendments. Motion carried 6-0. <br />5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Adam Bolton on <br />behalf of Jeffrey Shane Brown for a change in zoning from a Light Industrial District (LI) <br />to a Two -Family Dwelling District (2F) in the Campbell Addition, Block 2, Lots 1,2,3, <br />located in the 1200 Block of SE 12th Street- LCAD 10486, 10487 and 10488. <br />Mack states that she applicant intends to construct 3 duplexes under the City's new 5 In 5 Infill <br />Housing Development Program. It will also provide for an expanded & contiguous 2F District <br />Boundary based upon the zoning along Jackson and the surrounding several blocks. <br />The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking the hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Austin Anthony to approve the <br />zoning change. Motion carried 6-0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the East Side Storage Addition, Lot IR <br />Block A, LCAD Property ID PT of 50982 and all of 127856, located at 350 NE 46" <br />Street. <br />Mack states that the applicant is requesting approval of a final plat for the East Side Storage <br />development in order to facilitate the next phase of storage building improvements. Staff <br />recommends approval of the Final Plat without conditions. <br />A motion was made by Francine Neeley, seconded by Tylesha Ross -Mosley to approve <br />the final plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br />
