7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Webb Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A, LCAD Property ID 17712, located at 1346 W Booth. <br />Mack states this applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary and final plat for the Web <br />Addition in order to facilitate the reconstruction of a single-family dwelling under the <br />Home Program. Staff recommends approval without conditions. <br />A motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the <br />preliminary plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Webb Addition, Lot 1, Block A, <br />LCAD Property ID 17712, located at 1346 W Booth. <br />Mack states this is the same plat for consideration of the final without conditions. <br />A motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Tylesha Ross -Mosley to approve the <br />final plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Replat of the AAA Mini Storage Addition, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD Property ID 126622, located at 1301 NW Loop 286. <br />Mack states that the applicant is requesting approval of a Replat for the AAA Mini Storage <br />Addition. This is in order to eliminate a building encroachment of the plat upon the <br />approved final plat of the Downs 298 Addition for the 2nd phase of the mini storage <br />development on the properties. Staff recommends approval of the replat subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Include Firm 4 on submission (Texas Administrative Code Title 22, Part 6, Chapter <br />138, Subchapter B, Rule 138.33 (m)). <br />2. Floodplain Boundary must be shown (City Ordinance Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section <br />IV (6) and Section V (8)). <br />3. The north and south end of the 55' easement centerline shall be tied to a property <br />corner (City Ordinance Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (9)). <br />4. The 55' easement centerline shall have bearings and distances (City Ordinance <br />Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (9)). <br />5. This Replat labels L4; however, the table does not include this line or its bearing <br />and distance. The table shall be relabeled. (City Ordinance Chapter 9, Exhibit A, <br />Section V (7) & (9)). <br />6. A 24' fire lane shall be required to be shown extending east to the most easterly <br />drive, then run south the length of the drive, where it will turn west and tie back <br />
