Dunn <br />and wife, Ed i t h Dun n, sa i d poi n t be i n g the ex i s tin g no rOt h- <br />west corner of the east 138.5 feet of Lot 3 in Block 8 of <br />the Spring Lake Addition owned by Mrs. Mike Hampton, said <br />point being in the existing east boundary line of the west <br />120 feet of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition owned by Robert H.
