M, Hutchings, by deed dated the <br />10th day of May, 1978, recorded in Vol. 602, Page 660-661, <br />of Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />north boundary line of said Hutchings lot. said point being <br />in the existing south boundary line of the east 138.5 feet <br />of Lot 3 i-o Block 8 of Spring Lake Addition owned by Mrs. <br />Mike Hampton, said point being N 8go 34' E a distance of <br />45.0 feet from proposed centerline survey station 51+57.8 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, said point also being S 890 34' W <br />a distance of 117.5 feet from the existing northeast corner <br />of said Hutchings lot; <br />THENCE S 000 16' E a distance of 20.6 feet. a point, <br />said point being the beginning of a curve to the left whose <br />radius is 1100.92 feet; <br />THENCE in a southerly direction along said curve to the <br />left a distance of 40.4 feet, a point, said point being in <br />said curve to the left whose tangent at this point bears S <br />020 22' E, said point being in the existing south boundary <br />line of said Hutchings lot, said point being in the existing <br />north boundary line of Lot 5 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition owned by Calvin Furgerson and wife. Bertha Mae <br />Furgerson; <br />THENCES 890 34' W along the Hutchings-Furgerson common <br />boundary line a distance of 142.0 feet, at 45.0 feet passing <br />through proposed centerline survey station 52+18.86 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point being the <br />existing southwest corner of said Hutchings lot. said point <br />being the existing northwest corner of said Furgerson lot. <br />said point being in the existing east boundary 1 ine of <br />undeveloped Collegiate Drive owned by the City of Paris; <br />THENCE N 000 06' E along the Hutchings-City of Paris <br />common boundary line a distance of 61.1 feet, a point, said <br />point being the existing northwest corner of said Hutchings <br />lot, said point being the existing southwest corner of the <br />west part of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition owned by Robert H. Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn; <br />THENCE N 890 34' E a distance of 119.9 feet. at 95.9 <br />feet passing through proposed centerline survey station <br />51+57.8 of proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point <br />being in the existing north boundary line of said Hutchings <br />lot, said point being the existing southeast corner of said <br />Dunn lot, said point being the existing southwest corner of <br />the east 138.5 feet of Lot 3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition owned by Mrs. Mike Hampton; <br />THENCE N 890 34' E along the Hutchings-Hampton common <br />boundary line a distance of 21.0 feet, to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.198 acres, more or less. <br />
