<br />._-,-,~,-..............---~ <br /> <br />been made based on actual costs, LCWSD shall, <br />within 60 days of receipt of the calculations of <br />actual charges, pay to the City the amount of the <br />deficiency. <br />B. Following the interim period set out above <br />:md continuing until the 30th day of Barch, 2010, LCWSD <br />shall at a minimum pay the City an amount equal to the <br />capital recovery charge set out herein plus an administra- <br />tive fee equal to 6.5% thereof, plus profit in the amounc of <br />10% of the sum of such charge and fee. <br />VI. <br />DISTRIBUTION CHARGES FOR WATER TREATED <br />BY CITY FOLLOWING INITIAL TERM <br />The distribution charges for water delivered <br />through the City's distribution system will be the actual <br />cost of Water Distribution Operation/Maintenance less <br />judgments, damages, maintenance associated with meters, <br />meterboxes, service lines, hydrants and valves plus debt <br />service, capital costs associated with water storage, water <br />pumping stations, water mains eight inches (8") and over, <br />and administrative costs in the amount of 6.5% of the above, <br />plus 10% of the sum of such amounts which represents profit, <br />multiplied by the percentage that water delivered to LCWSD <br />through the City's distribution system is of the total water <br />delivered through the City's distribution system (it is <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />---~ <br />
