6. Pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V. Final Plat (8): location of <br />proposed lots, streets, alleys, easements, parks, building setback lines (both front and side <br />streets), minimum finished floor elevations for each lot in the subdivision and other <br />features required by the City Engineer in review of the preliminary plat, to be shown on <br />the final plat. <br />a. The Developer shall include the finished floor elevation of proposed structures <br />7. Pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V. Final Plat: Existing utilities, <br />buildings, drives shall not be shown for sake of clarity. <br />8. Pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V. Final Plat (14): The City Clerk <br />of the City of Paris certificate shall be corrected as follows <br />b. In the signature block of the City Clerk, the title shall read "City Clerk, City of <br />Paris, Texas" <br />9. Pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V. Final Plat (15): Certification <br />that all taxes and fees have been paid. <br />c.
