1. The approval certification shall be added to the Preliminary Plat pursuant to <br />the City's Subdivision Ordinance Section IV (14) to read as follows: <br />"Chairman, Cifv oLParis Planning and Zoning Commission" <br />2. An accurate boundary survey of the property shall be provided on the final plat, <br />with bearings and distances referenced to survey lines and established <br />subdivisions, with complete and accurate field notes of said boundaries <br />pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V. (7) regarding the <br />fourth paragraph, "...a distance of 35.08 feet to a Y2 " iron pin found for <br />corner... " <br />3. The approval certificate shall be rewritten on the final plat pursuant the City's <br />Subdivision Ordinance, Section V (14) Approval Certifications as follows: <br />i. "Chairman, Ci , o( Paris Planning and Zoning Commission " <br />U. The undersigned, the City Clerk of the City of Paris, hereby certifies that <br />the foregoing final map or plat of the Lot 1 Block A Offutt North Main <br />Addition to the City of Paris was submitted to the City Council on the <br />day of___, , (continued) " <br />iii. "Witness my hand this day of A.D. 2022" <br />iv. "City Clerk, City of Paris Texas" <br />4. Locations of proposed lots, streets, alleys, easements, parks, building setback <br />lines (both front and side streets), minimum finished floor elevations for each <br />lot in the subdivision and other features requested by the City Engineer shall <br />be revised on the Final Plat pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, <br />Section V. Final Plat (8). <br />5. A utility easement shall be added to the Final Plat prior to release for final <br />recording if required by a franchise utility. <br />6. The preliminary building site plan shall be revised, or a variance obtained, <br />prior to release of the final plat for recording and any issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Offutt North Main Addition, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD Property ID 15035, located at 423 N Main Street. <br />A motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the final <br />plat with the same noted conditions. Motion carried 6-0. <br />10. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Goodrum Addition, Lots 1 and <br />2, Block A, LCAD Property ID 15807 and 15808, located in the 500 Block of SE 1611 <br />Street. <br />A motion was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the <br />preliminary plat with the following noted conditions: <br />1.
