12. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the PUD 92 Addition, Lots 1 and 2, <br />Block A, LCAD Property ID 15357 and 15358, located at 714 and 722 NE 1st Street. <br />(Withdrawn by applicant) <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Michaels 195 Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A, LCAD Property ID 50140, located at 5040 FM 195. <br />A motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Tylesha Ross -Mosley to approve the <br />final plat with the following noted conditions: <br />1. The Final Plat shall show the locations ofproposed lots, streets, alleys, <br />easements, parks, building setback lines (both front and side streets), minimum <br />finished floor elevations for each lot in the subdivision and other features <br />requested by the City Engineer including the: <br />a. The Finished Floor minimum elevation shall be shown <br />b. Easements shall be extended to the property line <br />c. Rear yard setback lines shall be shown <br />Pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V(8). <br />2. The preliminary plat shall be resubmitted with revisions from previous <br />comments prior to release of the Final Plat for recording and issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Hill 48 Addition, Lot, 1, Block A, <br />LCAD Property ID 14122, located at 1269 Graham Street. <br />A motion was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Michael Mosher to approve the <br />final plat with the following noted conditions: <br />1. The number of lots and blocks, shall be shown in accordance with a systematic <br />arrangement: <br />a. The "lot 1 " notes are duplicated and confusing. Clam these notes. <br />b. Block A shall be noted on the plan. <br />Pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V. Final Plat (5). <br />2. An accurate boundary survey of the property, with bearings and distances <br />referenced to survey lines and established subdivisions, with complete and <br />accurate field notes of said boundaries shall be shown with the Point of <br />Beginning being indicated on the plat as written in the field notes pursuant to the <br />City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section V. Final Plat (7). <br />3. Locations of proposed lots, streets, alleys, easements, parks, building setback <br />lines (both front and side streets), minimum finished floor elevations for each lot <br />in the subdivision and other features requested by the City Engineer <br />a. The Finished Floor minimum elevation shall be shown. <br />b. The Side and Rear side setbacks of the lot shall be indicated as such on <br />
