Culbertson <br />on January 4, 1905, by deed recorded in Book 117, Page 21, <br />Lamar County Deed Records, on the east side of 1st Street <br />S.W., formerly South Wall or South 20th Street, described by <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point 75 feet South of the SW corner of <br />the lot conveyed by Bennett Printing Company to E. A. Dodson <br />on November 17, 1925, by deed recorded in Book 208, Page <br />497, Lamar County Deed Records, said beginning point being <br />also the SW corner of the lot conveyed by Emily Culbertson, <br />et aI, to Scott Gean on April 18, 1936, by deed recorded in <br />the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />THENCE East 110 feet, more or less, to the WB line of <br />the lot conveyed by J. J. Culbertson to the City of Paris on <br />May 30, 1932 by deed recorded in Book 233, Page 282, Lamar <br />County Deed Records; <br />THENCE South with the WB line of said Culbertson-City <br />of Paris lot 25 feet, a stake at its SW corner; <br />THENCE West 110 feet, more or less, a stake in the EB <br />line of 1st Street S.W.; <br />THENCE North 25 feet to the place of beginning; and <br />being the same property described in deed from George <br />Robbins and wife, Virginia Robbins, to A. A. Gullick, dated <br />April 25,1945 and recorded in Book 277, Page 469, Lamar <br />County Deed Records. <br />
