Culbertson on January 4, 1905, by Deed recorded in <br />Book 117, Page 21, Lamar County Deed Records, described by <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING %) FEET South of the SW corner of the lot <br />conveyed by Bennett Printing Company to E. A. Dodson on <br />November 17, 1925, by Deed recorded in Book 208, Page 497, <br />Lamar County Deed Records and at the SW corner of a lot <br />conveyed to E. A. Dodson by Emily Culbertson, et all <br />THENCE East 110 feet, more or less, to the WB line of a <br />lot conveyed by J. J. Culbertson to the City of Paris on May <br />30, 1932 by Deed recorded in Book 233, Page 282, Lamar <br />County Deed Records; <br />THENCE South with said WB line 25 feet, a stake; <br />THENCE West 110 feet, more or less, a stake in the EB <br />line of 1st Street SW; <br />THENCE North 25 feet to the place of beginning, and <br />being the same property conveyed by L. E. Stockton and wife, <br />Ruth Stockton, to Scott Gean on February 1, 1957, by Deed <br />recorded in Book 353, Page 296, Lamar County Deed Records, <br />to which its record reference is made for all proper and <br />necessary purposes. <br />
