DULANEY AND WIFE, EDRIS 0, DULANEY <br /> <br />Being a part of a small tract of land, same being Lot 3 <br />in Block 257-0 located within the corporate 1 imits of the <br />City of Paris, situated in the Hiram Williams Survey, Abst. <br />No. 1003, conveyed by Hattie M. Lewis to Harve W. Dulaney <br />and wife, Edris D. Dulaney, by deed dated the 12th day of <br />November, 1975, recorded in Vol. 573, Page 730-731, of Deed <br />Records of Lamar County, Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being the existing <br />Northwest corner of said Dulaney lot, said point being the <br />existing Southwest corner of Lot 4 in Block 257-0 owned by <br />Ethel McGee, said point being in the existing East boundary <br />line of Lot 5 in Block 257-0 owned by Billie 1. McKinney, <br />said point being S 89013' E a distance of 30.1 feet from <br />proposed centerline survey station 44+59.12 of proposed <br />Collegiate Drive, said point also being N 890 13' W a <br />distance of 137.0 feet from the existing Northeast corner of <br />said Dulaney lot; <br />THENCE S 890 13' E along the Dulaney-McGee common <br />boundary line a distance of 14.9 feet, a point, said point <br />being in a curve to the left whose radius is 909.93 feet and <br />whose tangent at this point bears S 000 52' W; <br />THENCE in a Southerly direction along said curve to the <br />left a distance of 17.9 feet, a point, said point being the <br />end of said curve to the left; <br />THENCE S 00016' E a distance of 57.9 feet, a point <br />said point being in the existing South boundary line of said <br />Dulaney lot, said point being in the existing North boundary <br />line Lot 2 in Block 257-0 owned by Lewis A Carrington and <br />wife, Lee Ola Carrington; <br />THENCE N 890 54' W along the Dulaney-Carrington common <br />boundary line a distance of 15.1 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing Southwest corner of said Dulaney lot, <br />said point being the existing Northwest corner of said <br />Carrington lot, said point being the existing Southeast <br />corner of said McKinney lot, said point also being the <br />existing Northeast corner of Lot 12 in Block 257-0 also <br />owned by Billie 1. McKinney; <br />THENCE N 000 02' W along the Dulaney-McKinney (Lot 5) <br />common boundary line a distance of 76.0 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.026 acres, more or less. <br />
